Design of the rooms very nice, comfortable bed, very quiet. The service from front desk was outstanding. And very good breakfast. Our room was beautiful. Will stay there again next time.
There were some problems of our toilet,if the neighbor used the toilet of their room's,our's noised. But the staff fixed it up at once!
I would fully recommend this hotel to anyone. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the very friendly and professional staff who quickly processed us to allow us to get to our room to rest. The room was absolutely stunning especially considering the price we paid. We stayed in the "White room" which as you can guess was mostly white with high ceilings and numerous mirrors which added to the space. The hotel staff also recommended us to a local restaurant down the road which although dubious at first ( I never fully trust recommendations as I always beleive there must be a catch) turned out to be just as good as the hotel. The food was wonderful as was the the service. The hotel is also ideally situated just a couple of minutes walk from the river and also close to "il duomo" and some of the lovely piazza'S. I think this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel where I can find absolutely no fault.
PERFECT Stuff, i really loved the hotel
the wifi signal was weak in the room.
Extremely helpful personell. Special thanks to Carla for fantastic restaurant and city tips.
Our room was just a bit too simplisticly decorated. Reviews here suggest somewhat higher quality of facilities. But overall can't complain much.
Room sizes - bigger than usual in Florence Colour scheme and decor - fresh, clean and welcoming Excellent breakfast and coffee! Friendly and knowledgeable staff Welcome fruit basket.
No general area to read or relax apart from bedroom Wi-fi not consistent througout hotel- very poor in Mimosa room Ants in children's room
Best hotel ever. Two complimentary glasses of wine. The personnell that was a family like attentive. Beautifully decorated rooms. Good location.
Nothing. Just excellent.
The location could not be better in the city. Our room was spacious and beautifully finished and decorated. Staff are wonderful. Clara in particular was gracious and extremely helpful with brilliant recommendations for restaurants and sights. Great breakfast selection. and overall a fabulous experience!
Modern. clean, very good B&B , 9 rooms in total, friendly staff, breakfast enough choice, super rainshower with extra streams . 7 minutes walk to the centre Florence. Really we should recommanded each family !
The staff at Hotel La Casa di Morfeo went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable relaxing visit to Florence.
Wonderful stay! Clara and Cesare were there from the moment I arrived, booking the museums tickets, suggesting places to see, restaurants to try. I have stayed in 5 star hotels and must say that I have never experience such a personalized service as in Casa di Morfeo. I highly reccomend it and will stay there next time when in Florence!
From the moment we entered the Hotel we felt absolutely welcomed. Great service, very nice and modern breakfast area, absolutely clean with a nice scent - and at that point we didn't even enter our room. "The white room" is simply amazing. Wonderful interior, clean, comfortable bed, a very nice and modern bathroom - just perfect for our honeymoon. Breakfast was also very good - better than the usual Italian breakfast. If we come to Florence again we will only stay in La Casa di Morfeo!
Wonderful hospitality. Thank you, Cesare. The elevator of this hotel is very classical, Nice!
All the employees are sooooo nice. From the moment we arrived(in the morning, well before check in) they made us feel like we were family. The three employees we delt with went out of their way to assist us. Any further trips to Firenze will definitely be spent at their hotel.
Hotel La Casa di Morfeo staff and location were the highlights for our short stop in Florence. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations for sights, made calls to reserve our spot for the Gallery of the Academy, and were all cheerful throughout the stay. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from all the major sites in central Florence or a 10 minute taxi ride to the gardens del Rose or Baboli and Piazzale Michelangelo. The triple room was more than sufficient for a family with one child, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was average, fantastic coffee on par with what we expect in Naples.
Parking is extra, but it is advertised and expected in cities in Europe. The room AC was a bit weak for our American standards, but the staff immediately accommodated us with a fan. To be fair, it was the hottest week in Europe this summer, reaching 37 C.
The hotel has exceptionally helpful staff (thanks Carla, Caesar!) who take pride in their work and reflect a care for customer needs. The owner has carefully thought of and trained staff in the smallest of things that create a good impression - offering a cold drink as you come back to the hotel, bringing coffee to your room, fresh strawberries at breakfast, water in your room, etc. Caeser recommended the "Boccadama" for dinner and it was absolutely wonderful Italian food within 5 minutes walk.
The rooms are very modern and clean, but ours (Anemoine) was a bit small for a triple.
